I am currently designing and making all the animal heads for Chichester Festival Youth Theatre’s production of NOAH performing in July 2012.

Charlie Tymms studied both art and theatre design and has worked for many years in Theatre, Film and Public Art. Her projects begin at the design stage and progress through to supervising set building, props, furnishings and making any adjustments needed during rehearsal. She has a proven ability to work with others at all levels as part of a team, solve problems, be resourceful, be adaptable, and to work to deadlines. She has an excellent working knowledge of the visual arts and production processes and the skills needed to research and communicate ideas through technical drawing and model making. She also has extensive experience in obtaining the appropriate materials needed for each project based on budgetary limitations and deadlines. Much of her experience has been working to inspire diverse local community groups, collaborating on public artwork, running art workshops with youth clubs and schools, or being a lead artist for large public events.
